Lennox Patrick
We have interviewed Lennox Patrick born 2014. He plays for New Lambton Eagles, Newcastle Jets Academy & Brazilian Soccer School, Newcastle in Australia and he tells us more about him as a player and his goals for the upcoming season.
Tell us more about yourself as a player?
-I love practicing my ballmastery and tekkers because they really help me win the ball on the pitch. I am a lefty and my favourite position to play is centre mid because I like attacking and defending from this position. I love learning new soccer skills and if I’m not at practise you can probably find me in my lounge room practicing new ball patterns or doing 1v1s with my brothers.
Who do you play for and how is that?
-I currently play for New Lambton Eagles JDL. We have a couple of games until the end of our season here in Australia so we’re focusing on playing skilfully and doing our best. Our season is going really well. Personally I have scored 51 goals and 22 assists with the Eagles so far. Next season I am focusing on moving up an age bracket to U11 to help with my personal development as a football player. I am also in the Newcastle Jets SAP program and BSS Brazilian Soccer School Newcastle
What are your goals for the upcoming season?
-I am focusing on moving up age groups to develop my football skills to be the best player I can be. I love being creative and want to play hard and work with my team. My goal is to be playing for our Newcastle Jets Academy U13 team by the start of 2025. I’ve been invited to play in two international tournaments for both Soccer and Futsal so I think it will be good to do next year.
